Get in TouchI am a seasoned Development Economist, Value Chain Analyst, and Project Cycle Management Expert with a career spanning four decades. My work is dedicated to overcoming poverty through policy advocacy, knowledge transfer, and strategic organizational development.
Formerly the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry for the Republic of Sierra Leone (2018-2019), I successfully managed a workforce of over 2,500 personnel and supervised multi-lateral funded programs. I possess a unique blend of high-level political experience and grassroots community development expertise.
Currently, I serve as the CEO of Investment Forum for Community Development (IFCOD SL Ltd.) and a Lead Consultant for TOVESINA SL, helping NGOs and private entities streamline their strategic direction.

Served as the political and administrative head of the Ministry. Developed agricultural policy briefs, presented cabinet papers, and supervised major projects funded by the World Bank, IFAD, and AfDB. Initiated two major rehabilitation programs for oil palm, cocoa, and coffee value chains.
Led the Methodist Church Sierra Leone's development unit for 20 years. Managed 46+ micro-projects, including HIV/AIDS prevention, post-war conflict transformation, and community infrastructure. Pioneered care and support programs that became models for national intervention.
Leading IFCOD SL Ltd. and consulting for TOVESINA. Specializing in Organizational Development (OD), strategic planning for NGOs (FINE-SL, CCSL), and facilitating market linkages between farmers and the private sector to promote entrepreneurship.
Worked as a Research Associate for the ASA Programme (Carl Duisburg Foundation, Berlin). Conducted socio-economic analysis on palm oil processing in Ghana and evaluated income-generating potentials for smallholder farmers in Sierra Leone.
